Once you have made your booking, you will be sent a pre-consultation questionnaire to help me find out about your health, wellbeing, lifestyle, hormones, diet and skincare which will enable me to understand you, and your skin, to provide you with the best solutions to fit your unique lifestyle and skincare concerns.
Where do we meet?
We’ll meet on zoom for your consultation, you will be sent a zoom link via email prior to your appointment.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
The consultation will take about 30-40 minutes.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE CONSULTATION?
We will explore how you feel about your skin, go through all your concerns and questions in detail. We’ll plan viable, time efficient, results led solutions designed to support your lifestyle and address your particular skin concerns. You will receive follow up notes, after the consultation, to give you the outcome of our discussion and a plan of action.

SKINCARE MASTERCLASS / 60 minutes
ONE TO ONE PERSONALISED ONLINE SKINCARE CLASS
This unique and personalised one to one session is designed to teach you about your skin, to help you understand what is happening in the deeper layers of your skin and how to care for it. The skincare Masterclass will empower you with the knowledge and understanding of how your skin functions so that you feel confident in caring for it and make the best decisions for a glowing, healthy complexion.* Whatever your concerns, you can forward your questions in advance so you have time to prepare them, we’ll deep dive into your skin issues to give you valuable insights and confidence in understanding how you approach these concerns.
This session is perfect for addressing menopausal skin concerns, acne, dryness, lines, wrinkles, and rosacea, as well as dull, lacklustre skin.
*A completed skincare consultation is required prior to this session.
