EFT ONE TO ONE GUIDED SESSION

40 MINS / £65 PER SESSION
In this one to one, guided session, you will learn how to use EFT + Tapping techniques. I’ll teach you a long and short sequence of EFT, which can be employed as part of a self care plan on a daily basis, or part of a self care practice morning/evening routine or simply during times of stress whenever required.​

​​EFT with Tapping is a powerful tool for managing stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions. It is also effective for supporting a wide range of physical and mental health conditions including insomnia.
 

WHAT IS EFT & TAPPING?

EFT + Tapping is a mind-body technique that combines elements of acupuncture and cognitive therapy and involves gently tapping on specific meridian points with your fingertips, on the face and body whilst repeating positive affirmations.

HOW DOES IT WORK?


* Tapping sends signals directly to the stress centers of the mid-brain, thus reducing the stress or negative emotion experienced from your issue.

For more challenging times, this six-week course of weekly one-to-one virtual sessions can help to reduce stress levels, improve mental clarity and enable you to embed the practice into your daily life.
